Sorry, We now offer cash on delivery only.
It may take up to 14 working days for the return request to be approved and 5-10 days for it to be available in your bank account after the product is refunded. You will receive an email confirming that the amount has been added to your account, and if your money is not refunded within that period, please contact the customer service team.
- You can cancel your order quite easily by contacting customer service, if you did not receive a message stating that your order has been shipped via email.
- If the order is shipped, you will not be able to cancel it, but it can be returned (please refer to the return and exchange policy for more details).
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your order details. You will also be notified by text message during delivery.
Shipping cost varies by region:
Cairo – Giza – October
- Same-day shipping: 40 EGP.
- Shipping the second day: 30 EGP.
- Shipping from 2 to 4 days: 20 EGP.
The rest of the provinces shipping from 3 to 5 days.
